Liebe Leser, Nur nochmals zur allgemeinen Klarheit, nachstehend die offizielle Auskunft des zuständigen Ministeriums. Alle anderweitigen Informationen von irgendwelchen Stellen und Reiseveranstaltern und dergleichen, sind falsch, nur nachstehendes ist richtig, wie auch Kuhnle-Tours bisher immer richtig festgehalten hat:

In connection with your e-mail of 1 July 2010 regarding requirements related to sailing, I hereby explain as follows:
Sailing in Poland is regulated by Article 53a of the Physical Culture Act of 18 January 1996 (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2007, No. 226, item 1675, as amended) and the Regulation on Sailing issued by the Minister of Sport on 9 June 2006 (Dz. U.: No. 105, item 712; and No. 151, item 1088).
In Poland, the qualifications necessary for sailing and the related certifications are confirmed by a document called a license.
According to Article 53a of the said Act, a person whose sailing certification has been obtained in another country may sail on the territory of Poland within the scope of the held certification confirmed by an appropriate document.
It should be added that the Polish Parliament has recently adopted the Sports Act of 25 June 2010 (Dz. U. No. 127, item 857); the Act was published on 15 July 2010. According to the Act, issues related to sailing will be moved under, and will be governed by, the Inland Sailing Act of 21 December 2000 (Dz. U. of 2006, No. 123, item 857, as amended). The Sports Act will come into force 3 months after the date of its publication.
