Asclepius - Allgemeine Fragen zu Ascleps

I have a question, and I hope to be in the right forum section.
I am a member of the italian forum of Cactus & Co. society, and I have done same post with a lot of my Stapeliads flowers: can I put here a link to that forum, to share with you? In what section (Photogalerie?)
Thank you in advance :-)

Re: Link

hello paola,

indeed there's no fitting section. "photogalerie" sounds not bad, but we want to let it become a real photo gallery wich can be displayed in alphabetical order.
why don't you put it here at first, so we can see where to put?

but perhaps we need further sections. on saturday i had the same problem with this thread:
https://www.carookee.com/forum/IG-Ascleps/1/bluete_oder_trieb.23168874.0.01105.html

if the webmaster will open some new?

Re: Link

Very well :-)
If someone of you desires to see some of the last season flowering, the photos are published here:

Re: Link

Well, what can I say???

Maybe "Awesome!" would be the right word!! :-D

Really nice plants&blooms and very good pictures! Some plants you show, I've got on my own and others I'd really like to have. ;-) The most beautiful one to me, is the Orbea maculata. Never seen it before (except on your pictures in the gallery).

Thanks for sharing!

Kasia

Re: Link

Dear All,

Very good idea.

I have established a new sub forum - it's called “Webtipps” - where you can enter links to interesting websites, pictures, etc.

Regards,

Detlef

Re: Link

Good morning to everyone, I am very happy you like my flower: thank you :-)
And I am very happy to be able to give my small contribution for the growth of this wonderful forum.

I go now to inaugurate the new section with the link to one post of mine, where I show the difference among my 3 plants of Huernia zebrina.

Re: Link

Wow Paola,

very, very impressive! Why don´t you just add the best of them (they are really all very good!) to our gallery? Open a new thread for each species, as we have done before? I am also showing my pictures in more than one forum. In the other forum I was showing them when they were newly flowering, but here I show them in a different context, as a documentation database.

Tell us, what kind of camera equipment do you use? Your pictures are such good quality, clarity and depth.

Grüße, Volker

Re: Link

Hi Volker, you make me blush!
I show the plants in that forum during the flowering, too...however your suggestion could be interesting.
Obviously I will insert only the photos of the plants of which I am certain of the identification.

I make the photos with an old Nikon coolpix 2000, without use of the easel... and obviously I choose the most beautiful!

Re: Link
