dear reader, I have bought a part of a stuka, after cleaning it up i found back the werknummer from the stuka 5696 i obtained the following info: 87 R-2 B I + M M tactical nummer 14 + stuka school unit II/ schl.G.102 Deutch Brod in july 1944 my question is yet does anyone have some more info about this plane? the part of the stuka came from chech . rep. what means Deutch Brod? can this plane have been part of geschwader 5 ? all comment is welcome thanks in advance phil mertens belgium

Dear Phil Mertens, Deutch Brod is a town in CZ named Havlickuv Brod today.

Hallo , thank you for your info, so it means that this particular stuka 5696 was in a pilot school in chech rep. this makes already sence coz the part came from chech rep. thanks phil

hallo to all of you the part is between the windschutsaufbau and the hood,i think its the waffenhaube,on both sides there is a deckel messure 30x45 cm long it opens upwards . thanks in advance phil
