New Members

All right, all right... just in case we get any new members - as requested, a new member introduction thread. So they can introduce themselves and be welcomed into the crowd.

Right.

Er...
Actually, we *do* have a new member...

Re: New Members

I guess I was discovered

And because it's late and I am lazy here is the presentation I did on the other ToB forum :

Hi all,

I am Laurent a fan from France. I am a 36 year old software engineer specialized in compilers.

I have very fond memories of ToB. It was the very first 3D game I enjoyed, and the only one I played 'til the end except for Quake 2

I am really glad to have found not one but two remakes in progress!

I guess that puts an end to the idea I have been having for years to port the disassembled source I made from my ST version

Keep up the good work !

Re: New Members

Welcome in our humble abode. Come in, sit down, feel free to partake of our homegrown towers.

Haha, and I thought we'd never ever number more than six members or so!

But... BUT... we have still another new member, I just noticed. A certain Pete Cooke joined last friday...
Fawlty, are you pulling my leg?

Re: New Members

Nope! I'm innocent.
Maybe we finally built the tower high enough to be able to hear the master's voice...

Re: New Members

I think we're confused enough as is; we probably don't need to fear His wrath.

Re: New Members

Don't be so disenchanting...
