Is Forex a game or a profit?
Communication and social media This is a frequently ignored element when choosing a Forex broker. It is important that your Forex broker responds promptly to incoming questions. Most Forex brokers have a live chat where you can ask a question in real time. So don't be too lazy to open a chat and see how employees respond in it. Many brokers that close this business or are simply scams also have a chat, but when you try to contact them through this chat, no one will answer you. And if the broker does not have an online chat, then there must be at least a contact e-mail for communication, phone number and address of the office location. If any of the above is missing, it is definitely a Wake-up call. When I consider options for working with a new broker, I am not lazy to write to them by e-mail or call them on the phone. If they answer the phone, you can ask the most basic questions about the services provided, such as, for example, the date of creation of their company, how many employees they have, or something like that. If they answer your phone or e-mail message, but their unprofessionalism is visible to the naked eye, or they have difficulty answering basic questions about the company, then this is definitely a Wake-up call. And it will be even worse if you can't reach them on the phone, or no one will answer your e-mail message. This means that the Forex broker either closes its business and does not care about customer support, or it is just scammers.
