the only thing that needs to stand in the file is:

set realmlist (paste ip here without brackets)

so if you have it set with the IP in front it doesnt work..
But i tought the server was down untill tomorrow, and thus the IP is unknown untill tomorrow.
Cause if the IP was available the Mods would have stickied+locked a topic with info about the ip and other things that might be needed

Besides of that you need to have an account in that server, else you cant login anyway
