Starke Nummer? Ich weiß nicht, für mich klingt s nach der typisch gepflegten Coldplay Langeweile. Die Band wird ihrem namen mal wieder gerecht. Es lässt mich völlig kalt

Da ich bisher Coldplay nur aus dem Radio kannte, habe ich mir zwei Scheiben gekauft.

Ich finde die Musik nicht schlecht, aber so richtig ergreifend ist das nicht. Überwiegend rhythmusbetont im Stile von U2 und manchmal auch Pink Floyd-Anleihen.

Bevor ich mir eine endgültige Meinung bilde, höre ich mir die Scheiben nochmals an. Bisher fehlen mir "instrumentalen" Happen in den Songs.

Genau das, Jan, GENAU DAS ging mir auch durch den Kopf, als ich diese Band zum ersten mal gehört habe .

ich kenne von der neuen nur den Titelsong dafür aber die drei Vorgängeralben und da haben sie ausser ein paar schunkelseligen Mitsing-Chorusse nichts zu bieten.
