Saxophon - Top oder Flop?

Saxophon - Top oder Flop?

Als ich mal viel jünger war, gab es für mich ein Hassinstrument: Das quietschende, scheppernde, nervige, ohrenquälende Saxophon.

Inzwischen hat sich das bei mir relativiert. Ja, ich kenne sogar Musikstücke, wo mir das Sax eine wohlige Gänsehaut vermittelt.

Stimmt. Auf dem Stück Raindances von der gleichnamigen CD hat er ein besonders schönes (langsames) Solo.

Michael Brecker & Mel Collins sind großartig. Mein Favorit aber bleibt der leider zu früh verstorbene Dick Morrisey. Seine Musik mit IF kommt auch live (Europa '72) fantastisch...

Nein, also Passport ohne Sax. Ich mag Saxophon sehr gerne, wobei mir Flöten noch lieber sind.

Da rennst du bei mir offene Türen ein. Hoffentlich macht er noch ein paar Jahre Musik. 2006 hab ich ihn zum letzten mal gehört und das ist ja wirklich schon lange her.
