Von mir gibt´s 9 Punkte: Gibt zwar bessere Setlists, aber immerhin bin ich dadurch auf Mind Drive gekommen. Die Jungs sind dazu noch sehr gut drauf (nicht nur vom Spielen her, sondern es wird auch viel gelacht)!
Hätte auch nicht gedacht, dass Wakeman und Howe gerne mal Sachen aus der Rabin-Ära spielen (Owner, Rhythm Of Love).

Spielfreude pur, eine tolle Show, angelehnt und perfektioniert an die Stageshows der Siebziger....beste Versionen von Ritual und Minddrive....fuer mich, ich habe sie auf der Tour gesehen, live auf dem Zenith...

Das klingt jetzt vielleicht etwas unqualifiziert, aber der Sound im Konzert war weitaus besser (kein Wunder, ich saß 5 Meter vor den riesigen Lautsprechern) als auf der DVD. Wakemans Keyboards klingen dort teilweise käsig, was beim Konzert nicht der Fall war.

Also von mir gibts "nur" 8 Punkte. Dafür aber Hammer-Performance von Going for the one (seitdem einer meiner Lieblingssongs!), Ritual und dem Akustik-Set!
@fox: Viele Songs, z.B. Minddrive kannte (und um ehrlich zu sein kenne) ich auch gar nicht. Habe zur Zeit einfach andere Prioritäten, als mich in solche Stücke reinzuhören.
Außerdem fehlen mir Awaken und HOTS. Zudem gefällt mir die Version von South side of the sky auf Live at Montreux wesentlich besser.

9 Punkte, sehr schönes Konzert. Sicher fehlt der eine oder andere Klassiker, aber man kann´s halt nicht jedem recht machen. Nur etwas mehr Bonus-Material ware noch toll gewesen.

Mir fällt auf, dass "Rhythm of Love" musikalisch wirklich aus dem Rahmen fällt. Das passt gar nicht in das Set.

Ja, den Eindruck kann ich nur bestätigen...!
Mir gefällt das auch gar nicht. Sehr unruhig und gehetzt wirkt das. Das Lied ist mir auch ein wenig zu platt für den Konzertrahmen. Zudem ist Andersons Gesang dazu, auch wenn er ja immer gerne rau klingen würde, ist mir das zu rau...

Das ist keine Version, sondern ein Gekrächze
Auf der Union-DVD gefällt mir das auch viel besser! Nicht nur weil Trev besser in das Konzept passt, sondern weil der ganze Song dieser Zeit und Produktion mehr angemessen ist.
