Guide to Postering

There is not really much to say about postering as such. Just some of our own experiences:

* If you want to remain anonymous, wait until it is really dark before you start hanging up posters. In summer, that means you may have to wait until 10-11 pm. The library closes at 10 pm, so at that time you will run into a lot of people going back to their homes.

* A3 posters are much more visible than A4 posters. On the other hand it is easier to find space for an A4 poster. A choice to be made.

* It is best not to put up posters just before the weekend. The weekend allows you to work without bumping into too many people, but the posters will be up for one or two days without there being any people around. The rain/wind can easily wash/tear them down, at least in some places, before anyone had the chance to see them.

That's about it, most of it is probably quite obvious anyway but there you go ;)

Re: Guide to Postering

Who are the fools doing that 'CHAP ON' campaign? It's damn annoying when they cover over actual posters (either imformative or pretty ones) with their passé 'ironic' ramblings about David Hasslehoff and the like. Twats.
