Siemens S4
does the Siemens S4 has all the required componenet to build the blocker or jammer ???
does it has the mini-circuit pos VCO ??? or we get it from somewhere else ?

Hi,
no, the S4 just contains a suitable power output stage,
you still have to look for a vco like the pos1060.
Those circuits are difficult to get...
Perhaps look for a shop about amateur radio or similar...
