This is a LEXIBOOK DP230 ,Price 30 Euros in France
This BS can be registered withe Siemens phones like SL100,GIGASET 4000 confort and other phones.

I only add a gsm antenna and didn't touch anything else and it works better .

very simple and cheep transceiver circuit without diversity!!!
And bad range... because diversity is very important in this frequency range.
