Wenn meine Frau Mama Stollen backt und dabei den gesamten Zucker für den Teig vergißt, schmeckt der fertige Stollen immer noch besser als jeder Stollen aus dem Geschäft, wo niemand was vergessen hat. Selbst, wenn er etwas bröckelig und nicht so schön aufgegangen ist.
