es ist der Sonntag (25.06.06) 
*fieber und hoff*...hab mir den Weg nach Neuheusen letztens beim Motorradfahren eingeprägt hi hi...ich glaub ich hab die Riesenwiese entdeckt (gegenüber vom Flugplatz vermute ich mal *schulterzuck*)
und es sind genau 27 km dorthin

Wie vor wenigen Tagen berichtet, haben Elbow ihr viertes Album fertiggestellt & dem NME von Veränderungen in ihrem persönlichen Umfeld erzählt.
Auch musikalisch gibt es jedoch etwas zu berichten:
So ist Guy Garvey der Meinung der Meinung, dass das neue Material das bis dato düsterste der Band sein werde.
"the beginning of last year was quite difficult in terms of personal stuff for a few of us. so yeah, it's quite a mixed bag.
it's certainly got the darkest stuff that we've done. it's of its time."
Dazu beigetragen hat wohl auch die intensive Zusammenarbeit der Bandmitglieder:
"i'd say if leaders [...] was raising a clenched fist, this is a conspiratorial back room. it feels very much we've done it just the five of us.
[...] there's been nobody else in the room, so it's a dark record from a dark corner of our minds. it feels like there's a strange alchemy going on."
