The New York Times, the place for comics publishers to announce initiatives, has word of two online-exclusive titles from Marvel Digital Comics: Iron Man: Fast Friends and The Incredible Hulk: The Fury Files.
Billed as spin-offs of the movies, the comics apparently will pick up on plot threads from the summer films. Theyre weekly series, updated each Wednesday. Both are tied to the release of the movie DVDs.
Iron Man: Fast Friends, which debuts tomorrow, focuses on the friendship between Tony Stark and James Rhodes. Its written by Paul Tobin, with art by Ronan Cliquet and covers by Dave Bullock.
The Incredible Hulk: The Fury Files, which debuts on Oct. 8, picks up when Nick Fury receives intel that Thunderbolt Ross Super Soldier program has finally produced an unstoppable engine of destruction. When Fury decides to see this hulk for himself
stuff starts breaking! Its written by Frank Tieri, with art by Salva Espin and covers by Steve Lieber.

Jason Aaron hat die Auszeichnung verdient. Bei Ghost Rider macht er sehr gute Arbeit und seine Wolverine Story war 1A.
Incredible Hercules hat den Preis alleine schon wegen den genialen Recap Pages verdient.
But I know Thor's got a cool issue #600. And Marvel's Free Comic Book Day will be a special issue written by me(BMB) and drawn by Jimmy Cheung that stars Dark Avengers, New Avengers and Thor. What's really cool about that is I like when these Free Comic Book Day things are something A-list. It's a brand new story, and it kind of lays out the tone of the Marvel Universe pretty good, as far as the Avengers go.
